Success Stories

The South Bay Community Library (Los Osos Library) Pollinator Garden was installed next to the Library parking area by our club in 2019 and has since won three first-place awards from California Garden Clubs, Inc. These awards were for Civic Development, Operation Wildflower, and Pollinator Education.

In 2020, the club installed a Fire-Safe Garden next to the Library after a fire scorched the side of the building. The club has also placed a succulent planter in front of the Los Osos Post Office to help beautify the entrance area.
